Our Recruitment Workflow

We understand the unique needs of business and provide skilled, reliable offshore resources to help you succeed.

Submit the staff requirements.

The first step of engagement is to fill out the Request Form (this text should link to Contact
Us page). Or, if you are still confused about what kind of assistant you are looking for, feel
free to request a booking consultation. We have experts who can determine your needs and
how you want to achieve them.

Source the candidates.

We have a database of candidates that we can review to find the best possible match for
the job. We look at the skills required for the position and compare them to the skills of our
candidates. We also consider the cultural fit of the candidates and whether they would be a
good fit for your company. We then reach out to the candidates who we believe are the
best match for the position and invite them to interview.

Evaluate the candidates.

We assess the candidates to know if they are suitable for your company by giving them a
series of tests. These tests ensure that the candidate has the required skills and knowledge
to be successful in the role. The tests also help us to gauge the candidate’s suitability for the
company culture and whether they would be a good fit for our team.

Interview the candidates.

You and candidate will have a conversation to get to know each other. You can ask
questions about the candidate’s experience, skills, and goals. You may also ask the
candidate to perform a task or take a test to see if the candidate is suited for the job. Three
applicants are suggested in a final interview with you after a detailed interview from the VA
For Everyone Matchmaking team.

Approve and onboard your new staff.

After you approve a candidate to be your new staff, we will start the onboarding process,
which includes job offering process (if the candidate is not currently with us yet), and your
internal onboarding process. This includes ensuring the new staff has all the equipment
needed to performing the job.
