Our VA For Everyone (VAFE) team, primarily based in Indonesia, already demonstrates a commendable proficiency in English. However, we believe there is always room for growth and improvement.
We regularly conduct business English classes as part of our commitment to supporting our team’s professional development. These sessions, led by team members with degrees in English from a reputable university, are designed to enhance your communication skills and boost your confidence in professional settings.
Online Weekly English Classes
Given that our workforce consists of both on-site and remote teams, we conduct these classes via online meetings. The format includes interactive discussions, group activities, and individual exercises, ensuring that the classes are engaging and effective for everyone.
When Are the Classes?
The classes are held every Friday, and there are two sessions available: a morning session and an afternoon session, allowing participants flexibility.
What Do We Cover?
Our business English classes focus on practical language skills for professional settings. Key topics include:
- Understanding and responding to client complaints
- Practising active listening techniques
- Developing empathy and problem-solving skills
- Mastering effective communication strategies
- Providing solutions and managing follow-ups
Participants take turns practising dialogues and scenarios based on the topics discussed to build speaking confidence.
What Are the Results?
Although our team was already proficient in English, many participants reported increased confidence when speaking and interacting professionally. They can confidently face their clients and communicate better with the client.
The regular practice has also helped them refine their communication skills, particularly in handling business conversations.
