It all started when one of our founders worked as an employer in one company. He felt that there were a lot of ineffectiveness and inefficiency in the company’s work system. Also, he found that conventional work was so time-consuming and not practical. The workload led to stress and pressure, which could reduce the employers’ performance.
Based on that condition, he was triggered to create a better work environment that can promote effectiveness and efficiency and provide a better mental state. Then, VAFE came to life.
